A one-time fee for connecting to the Docura EDI platform. Includes: account creation, document activation according to the selected product, web portal, accounting system (ERP) connection, partner catalog setup (linking), e-mail notification setup, initial user training. Required for working with retail chains and suppliers.
Free trial period for connection — 14 days. The connection invoice is issued after the trial period ends.
Connection to EDI-Logistics
499/ connection
A one-time fee for connecting to the Docura EDI platform using EDI-Logistics. Includes the other products. Connecting to logistics requires separate testing and additional configuration. Connection to EDI-Logistics is not required for working with retail chains.
Connection to Paperless Logistics
ca €2,500/ project
A one-time fee for connecting the solution. The final cost is calculated based on the actual number of hours spent on project implementation. The project is carried out taking into account the client’s internal processes and includes the necessary configuration and separate testing. Minimum scope of work — 30 hours.

Not covered by the SLA
Technical maintenance and updates of the Docura.net EDI platform
Regular technical maintenance of the Docura.net EDI platform is carried out once a week, every Saturday from 00:00 to 04:00.
Scheduled service interruption
If a temporary suspension of the service is required (e.g., extended technical maintenance), Docura notifies the client at least 1 business day before the planned interruption date.
Cost Calculation Examples
Example 1
You are a supplier starting to work with two retailers:
- A1M — according to the 2DOC scheme (ORDER-INVOICE);
- Maxima — according to the 4DOC scheme (ORDER-DESADV-RECADV-INVOICE).
You use the ERPLY system for accounting (or Merit, Directo, SimpleBooks). The total number of electronic documents is 250 documents per month.
How much will it cost to activate the EDI service and connect to two retailers?
The one-time fee will be 99 € + VAT:
- connection to the docura.net platform — 99 €;
- connecting partner A1M, already operating on the docura.net network — 0 €;
- connecting partner Maxima, already operating on the docura.net network — 0 €.
How much will the monthly payment be?
The monthly payment will be 60 € + VAT. With a volume of 250 documents per month, the EDI-3 tariff plan applies (up to 2,000 documents per month). Calculation: 250 documents × €0.20 + €10 = €60 per month.
Example 2
You are a small supplier starting to work with one retailer according to the 2DOC scheme (ORDER-INVOICE). Your partner is already on the docura.net network. Your accounting system is not connected to the Docura.net platform, so you choose the WEB portal for working with EDI. The total number of electronic documents is 12 documents per month.
How much will it cost to activate the EDI service and connect to the retailer?
The one-time fee will be 0 €:
- connection to the docura.net platform — N/A;
- connecting a partner already operating on the docura.net network — 0 €.
How much will the monthly payment be?
With a volume of 12 documents per month and working via the WEB portal, the EDI-Free Web tariff plan applies. The monthly payment will be €0.
