One-time fee for connecting to the Docura EDI platform. Includes: account creation, document activation according to the selected product, web portal, ERP integration, partner catalog setup (linking), e-mail notification setup, initial user training. Required for working with retail chains and suppliers.
The free trial period lasts 14 days. The connection fee will be billed at the end of the trial period.
Connection to EDI-Logistics
499/ connection
One-time fee for connecting to the Docura EDI platform using EDI-Logistics. Includes all other products. Logistics connection requires separate testing and additional setup. EDI-Logistics connection is not required for working with retail chains.

HelpDesk Availability

The time during which service users can receive consultation by phone or via the docura.net chat window. Users may also send descriptions of issues to the email address support@docura.net. A message sent to the email address after the end of the HelpDesk working day is considered received at 9:00 on the next working day.
Technical Support Availability
24 h, 7 days a week
The time during which the CLIENT may report a technical issue that prevents the service from functioning or makes the transmission of data impossible.
Electronic Document Transmission Time

The time from when a document is sent until it is delivered to the recipient.
The following are not covered by the SLA:
Maintenance and update work on the Docu-EDI system
System Maintenance Window: Maintenance of the Docu-EDI system is carried out once a week, every Saturday from 00:00 to 04:00.
Planned service interruptions
Should Docura require a temporary suspension of the service (e.g. for extended maintenance), the PROVIDER shall notify the CLIENT at least 1 working day in advance of the planned interruption date.
Connection Cost Calculation Example
You are starting to work with a retailer, for example, A1M under the 2DOC scheme (order-invoice), and with the retailer Maxima under the 4DOC scheme (order-shipment-receipt confirmation-invoice). Your ERP is ERPLY. The total number of documents per month is 250.
The suitable pricing plan is EDI-3 (from 0 to 2000 docs/month).
How much will the activation of the EDI service and connection to two retailers cost?
- One-time payment — Standard EDI connection — €99.
- Connecting a partner already in the docura.net network — €0.
What will my monthly payment be?
- First month: €99 (connection) + €60 (EDI-3 plan) = €159 (plus VAT)..
- From the second month onwards: 250 docs × €0.20 + €10 = €60 (plus VAT).
A small supplier starts working with one retailer under the order-invoice scheme. The partner is already in the docura.net network. No accounting system is connected — working via WEB portal. Volume: 12 documents per month.
