HelpDesk Availability
9:00–17:00 on working days
The time during which service users can receive consultation by phone or via the chat window. Users may also send descriptions of issues to the email address support@docura.net. A message sent to the email address after the end of the HelpDesk working day is considered received at 9:00 on the next working day.
Technical Support Availability
24 h, 7 days a week
The time during which the client may report a technical issue that prevents the service from functioning or makes it impossible to send and receive documents.
Electronic Document Transmission Time

The average time from sending a document to its delivery to the recipient.
Not covered by the SLA:
Technical maintenance and updates of the Docura.net EDI platform
Regular technical maintenance of the Docura.net EDI platform is carried out once a week, every Saturday from 00:00 to 04:00.
Scheduled service interruption
If a temporary suspension of the service is required (e.g., extended technical maintenance), Docura notifies the client at least 1 business day before the planned interruption date.
Cost Calculation Example
Example 1
You are a company that sends electronic invoices to partners in Estonia and Finland. Your accounting system is already integrated with the Docura.net platform. The total number of electronic invoices is 400 documents per month, of which:
- 300 documents — to partners in Estonia (Zone 1);
- 100 documents — to partners in Finland (Zone 2).
How much will it cost to activate the E-Invoice OUT service?
The one-time fee will be €0.
How much will the monthly payment be?
The monthly payment will be €65 + VAT. With a volume of 400 documents per month, the E-Invoice 5 tariff plan applies (up to 1,000 documents per month). Calculation: 300 doc × €0.10 + 100 doc × €0.30 + €5 = €65 per month.
