Working with suppliers of retail chains in Estonia and the Baltics, we hear the same questions every day. Moving to a new EDI provider seems complicated, risky, and time-consuming — and that is completely normal. To dispel any doubts, we have gathered answers to the most frequently asked questions.
Ready-made connections
I have 40 buyers — large retail chains and small purchasers. Are all partners willing to work through Docura?
Yes. Docura has ready-made connections with all retail chains in Estonia and with the main chains in Latvia and Lithuania. For the retailers, it does not matter which EDI operator a supplier uses — they accept documents from any connected operator.
If a partner is not yet on the list of ready-made connections, we can establish a connection with any. Send us your partner list, and we will let you know how quickly each of them can be connected.
If a partner does not want to connect, that situation is also possible. In this case, we offer your partner to send orders by email and receive invoices from you as e-arve. For you, the process remains automated: the order will enter your ERP system, and the invoice will be sent to the buyer through the e-arve channel.

Yes. We have a ready-made integration with ERPLY, as well as with other commonly used ERP systems in Estonia and the Baltics. This allows you to quickly activate our EDI module and start working.
Complexity of switching
How difficult is it to switch your EDI channel to Docura, and how long does it take?
The transition is straightforward: your internal processes are already in place. We provide a turnkey solution — we handle all the technical work, and you simply verify that everything is correct. We connect clients gradually, one by one, over the course of a month, which keeps the process stress-free. Your work continues without interruption.

According to the instructions, you only make the necessary switches in your ERP system — this doesn’t require any special knowledge. From our side, the transition is free for all your existing connections. However, the developers of your ERP system may charge a small fee for activationg Docura EDI channel. Typically, these amounts are modest and quickly pay off thanks to the lower monthly cost of EDI services.

Our pricing is fully transparent: all rates are openly published on our homepage, and everything is included in the price plan — no hidden fees or additional conditions. Price transparency, for us, is a form of respect toward our customers. We don’t manipulate costs and offer equally fair terms to everyone.
