Prisma Stores Will Become Coop Stores
Starting from September 2026, all Prisma stores will be gradually transitioned under the Coop brand. Below is the key information for suppliers.
Coop Eesti Keskühistu and the Finnish retail group SOK have signed an agreement to acquire Prisma Peremarket and its 13 stores located in Estonia. Source.
Distribution of Stores Among Coop Regional Units
- Prisma stores in Tallinn and Harju County will become stores of Harju Tarbijate Ühistu.
- The Prisma Rapla store will become a store of Rapla Tarbijate Ühistu.
- Prisma stores in Tartu will become stores of Tartu Tarbijate Kooperatiiv.
- The Prisma Narva store will become a store of Coop Eesti Keskühistu.
Changes in Store Operations
In former Prisma stores, the POS system will be replaced. New Coop stores will operate according to the 2‑doc scheme (ORDER–INVOICE).
For current suppliers, this means that orders will no longer come from Prisma stores but from the corresponding stores of the regional Coop unit. Please see below the rollout schedule published by Coop.
Supplier Preparation for the Transition
Since test orders will not be issued, real orders will begin arriving directly from Coop stores. Suppliers must complete the following steps in advance:
1. Please note that a new GLN code has been created for each former Prisma store. Below is a table with the GLN codes, store names, and rollout schedule:

2. Create a new store record in your internal ERP system under the corresponding regional Coop, matching the former Prisma store.
3. If the supplier uses internal store codes instead of GLN, the internal store code must be added to the Docura platform.
4. The supplier must independently monitor that orders begin arriving from the new stores according to the schedule and report any issues to Docura.
